Spidex Software has held a series of well-attended events in February to show its latest mobile maintenance management solutions.
These events took the form of Open Days held at its training & conference suite in Coleshill, to which customers were invited to see live product demonstrations and discuss the forward development roadmap.
Those attending saw the various options available for both Android and IOS platforms and were briefed on the hardware requirements necessary to support the adoption of mobile. Those delegates not already using the latest CMMS versions also got to see a general overview of both Mainsaver 12.9 and SpidexWM 4.4.
Visitors to the Open Days represented a broad spectrum of the markets served by Spidex, including food processing, recycling & renewables, industrial manufacturing, transportation hubs and high-tech facilities management.
Spidex Managing Director Jonathan Starling said: “These customer events have proved very popular and shows there is increased interest in enabling maintenance engineers to manage and record their work remotely.”
“Most importantly, it has given us an opportunity to consult and involve our customers directly in the evolution of our CMMS product set. The feedback from these sessions should prove invaluable.”
