Spidex staff working from home during Covid-19 outbreak

As a result of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, Spidex Software’s offices were temporarily closed on Friday 20th March. All of our office-based personnel will henceforth be working from home until further notice. While we have had no incidence of illness, this is a proactive measure to safeguard the health of our employees.

Our helpdesk, finance, technical, development, QA, sales and marketing staff will all be working remotely to ensure business continuity. Spidex will continue to operate on a daily basis and will be adhering to its normal office hours. Rest assured that we will continue to provide support and assistance to all of our customers throughout this difficult period.

Our office telephones have been diverted to staff mobiles, which means they may occasionally take longer to answer. We are unable to transfer calls between mobiles, but we will be in constant touch with our colleagues to ensure a prompt response.

Communications submitted directly via email will remain unaffected and would therefore be the preferred mode of contact at this time.
